Where can I see my listings?

Click the Menu button that says "RFX Events" You will see active, closed, and saved event links.

How do I edit my personal data?

After logging in, click on the link in the main menu that says "Account Management".

The link "Edit Personal Profile" allows you to change your registration information and password.

The link "Edit Service/Product Categories" is only available to suppliers, and is meant to expand on the RFX events that they are asked to participate in.

The link "About Me" allows users to create a publicly accessible profile to talk about you, the individual, instead of your company.

How Do I set up a Black List?

Login and go to the 'RFX Management' in the top menu. Click on Blocked Viewers Lists' under the 'User Setup' sub-tab. To create a new list, just enter the title of the List you want to create. You may have unlimited Blocked Viewers Lists.

Once you have created the list, you will need to add the users to the list that you want to block from accessing your posted items. To add a user's name to the list, click on the list name from the create a List page. You will be taken to a page where you may enter the users' usernames or email address. You will need to enter the username of the person(s) you want to add to the list. You must know the username of the people that you want to block.

Alternately, you can make your project private and only invited users will be allowed to view and quote your project.

How Do I set up a Reviewers List?

Login and go to RFX Management Menu and click on Reviewers Lists under the 'User Setup' sub-tab. To create a new List, just enter the title of the List you want to create. You may have unlimited Invited Users Lists.

Once you have created the list, you will need to add the users to the list that you want to invite to have access to your listed items. To add a user's name to the list, click on the list name from the create a List page. You will need to enter the username or email address of the person(s) you want to add to the list.

You may also create reviewers directly within the RFX creation process.

RFX Management Menu

This is where you will find every event you have conducted on WhyAbe. The menu is broken into multiple choices, Saved Events, Closed Events and Active Events.

With a quick glance you can see when you posted your RFX Event or when the RFX event ends or has ended. Use this menu when you want to edit or delete a listing. You may only edit or delete a listing that has not received any quotes. Once a listing has received a bid, you must contact the project administrator if you need to edit or delete the listing for some reason. You may click on the title to view the listing. To edit, click on the little notepad image under the edit column. On the edit page, you may change the details. If you want to delete any item, just click in the box(es) under the delete column and then click "Process selected events".

Closed Events (buyers)

This is where all of your closed sourcing events will be listed. With a quick glance you can see when the project started, ended, and number of quotes received. Use this link when you want to re-list or delete a listing that has closed. You may only re-list or delete a listing that has not received any quotes. You may click on the title to view the listing. To re-list, click on the checkbox and select the new duration. To edit, click on the little notepad image. On the edit page, you may change the details. If you want to delete any listing, just click in the box(es) under the delete column and then click "Process selected events".
